Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih hingga harum masukkan ke dalam wadah. Masukkan kecap manis, aduk hingga tercampur. Rendam potongan daging dalam bumbu campuran selama 3-4 jam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tusuk setiap 3 potong daging ayam. Bakar di oven suhu 200 derajat selama 20-25 menit atau di panggangan listrik (griller), setiap 5 menit dibalik dan dioleskan sisa bumbu campuran.&lt;br /&gt;3. Haluskan cabai merah, bawang merah, kemiri sangrai, cabai rawit, dan bawang putih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bumbu halus, tambahkan air, diamkan hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan kacang tanah goreng halus/peanut butter, garam dan gula merah, aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Aduk rata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Masukkan jamur, garam, merica dan saus tomat. Masukkan air, didihkan hingga meletup-letup. Tambahkan larutan maizena. Masak hingga kuah mengental. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Saus keju: panaskan mentega, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga kental.Tuang susu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Tambahkan keju, garam, merica dan pala bubuk. Aduk hingga mendidih dan meletup.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Tata lasagna di dasar pinggan tahan panas yang telah diolesi margarine. Usahakan untuk tidak menyusun lasagna dengan berselingkupan. Tuang dengan 1/3 bagian ayam kecap. Susun kembali lasagna, tuang dengan 1/3 bagian ayam kecap. Susun lagi lasagna lalu tuang dengan sisa bagian ayam kecap.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. Siramkan saus keju ke atas tumisan ayam kecap. Taburkan sisa keju. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8. Celupkan biskuit ladies finger ke dalam larutan kopi, susun di dalam loyang&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok gula, telur, vanili dan Zitronensaft ke dalam mangkuk tahan panas. Letakkan diatas panci berisi air panas, kocok hingga mengembang dan kental. Angkat, dinginkan hingga suhu kamar.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan keju mascarpone, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4.
